It was built in the old church. In summer it is a pleasure staying outside in a fantastic dehors with a great view of the towers of the nearly town of San Gimignano.
It is possible to have dinner in a small room for meetings and conferences at the client's disposal with possible hostessing service.
The food is inspired to the flavours of the Tuscan tradition, preferring seasonal and local products. Our style is to reinvent the typical dishes, both in the way they are prepared and presented, paying also attention to the wine choice. Wines are exclusively from Tuscany and we can vant one of the most exclusive and comprehensive wine list. The mineral water list is also to be remarked, as well as the oil tasting list, as oil is the symbolic product of the Tuscan region. Moreover in the event of particular occasions our chef is pleased to satisfy requests on demand of the client.
